Service Description
Kris McDermet is known for amazing wall art pieces that intricately combine rug hooking and braiding. In this class, she will teach you how to put a butted border around a 6-7 inch needle art circle (rug hooking, rug punching, needlepoint, wool applique...) and finish both neatly and at the same height. There will be discussion of how to continue alternating the piece, going back and forth between bands of needle arts and bands of braid.
