Airports:
The Nashville International Airport (BNA) is closest at 106 miles from the conference.  We'll coordinate ride-shares and shuttles from that location.

Vendor Tables

Vendor tables are available for $40.  Please keep the items related to rug braiding and other wool crafts.  

Rug Challenge: 

Fine Art Inspiration
The guild's Rug Challenges over the years have led to wonderful and innovative creations in the world of Rug Braiding.  Join with us in creating something simple and small..... to complex and large! 

 

"Fine Art Inspiration" is a wide-ranging topic, including the painting and sculpture masters such as Van Gogh, Monet, Cezanne, Rodin.  It also includes the work of more modern artists... but get written permission to use any works of living artists, or of works under copyright.

Cancellations / Refunds

Our cancellation policy before March 15, 2027is a refund of registration fee less $50 to cover our costs, and full refund of teacher fees.

On March 31 and after, there will be a refund of $200... (unless you find a replacement for yourself) and no refund of teacher fees. Student will receive all class materials and any kit.
